What events are included in the 365reset membership?
We have 10+ events every week. All are on Zoom -- cameras are optional.
We choose our live sessions to complement what science tells us makes us healthier and happier. So they get us moving, strengthening, stretching, learning, calming, grounding, growing, nourishing, and stimulating. Some sessions are short, others stretch 2 hours. The events that lend themselves to replays are available 24/7.
For the month of February we offered weekly sessions:
Mondays:
Sit, Stretch and Shine with Patti (am), a 15-minute chair yoga session to wake us up to start the day. (R)
Weekly Feng Shui Workspace Resets with Trish John - a 30-minute session exploring an area of the bagua map to bring harmony and balance to our homes and workplaces. (R)
Walk alongs with Jenn - a 15-minute quiet walk in nature in Jenn's back yard, which gives views of the Atlantic Ocean. Puppy Daisy (a bagel - beagle x bassett hound) does steal the camera sometimes.
Java with Jenn - a 30-minute break in the day at the start of the week.
Sit, Stretch and Shine with Patti (pm), a 15-minute chair yoga session to calm us down at the end of the day. (R)
Tuesdays:
Business Smash - a half-hour session with an expert who is teaching us a new trend, crashing through some difficult tech, solving a business problem, or brainstorming about business. (R)
Work Along with Jenn -- a 2-hour session where everyone brings their own work and we work independantly. Sometimes, people go into breakout rooms to brainstorm.
Tai-Chi-Inspired Walking with Patti - a 20-minute session that build strength, balance and flexibility. (R)
Wednesdays:
Walk alongs with Jenn - a 15-minute quiet walk in nature in Jenn's back yard, which gives views of the Atlantic Ocean. Puppy Daisy (a bagel - beagle x bassett hound) does steal the camera sometimes.
Craft Alongs - a 1.5 hour crafting, activity, hobbying session. (alternate weeks)
Thursdays:
Mindful Minutes with Patti - a 15-minute meditation where Patti focusses on different themes and outcomes each week. (R)
Work Along with Jenn -- a 2-hour session where everyone brings their own work and we work independantly. Sometimes, people go into breakout rooms to brainstorm.

Fridays:

Reiki Reset with Patti - a 15-minute distance reiki session to heal from the week and head into the weekend with calm and steadiness. (R)
Saturdays:
Strength & Cardio with Patti - 20-minute dance party that includes strength training, cardio workout and stretching.
Cook Alongs - batch cooking to prepare freezer or pantry safe meals so eating nutritiously is faster and less expensive. And yummy. Alternate weeks.
Craft Alongs - a 2-hour crafting, activity, hobbying session. (alternate weeks)
Aspiring Gardeners Club - a 1-hour session in the warm seasons.
