What events are included in the 365reset membership? | 365reset
Introduction
When people first discover the 365reset, one of their first questions is: “What’s actually happening in there?” The answer is: a lot more than most memberships offer.
Every session in the Hub is intentionally chosen based on what science tells us genuinely makes people healthier, happier, and more grounded. You won’t find filler content or one-size-fits-all programming here. You’ll find a living, breathing weekly schedule designed to get you moving, stretching, learning, calming, creating, and connecting — on your terms.
Cameras are always optional. Every session runs on Zoom. And most events are recorded so you can catch replays whenever suits you.

Why Are the Events Designed This Way?
Every session type in the Hub maps to something specific that research tells us supports wellbeing during a life reset. Movement sessions address the physical depletion that often comes with stress and transition. Mindfulness and reiki sessions target nervous system regulation. Creative sessions like crafting and cooking rebuild a sense of agency and joy. Business Smash and Work Alongs keep your professional momentum alive. And the walk-alongs? Those are as much about not feeling alone as they are about fresh air.
The format is also deliberate. Cameras off means you can show up exactly as you are — no performance required. Replays mean life doesn’t have to be perfectly scheduled for you to benefit.
Can I Access Events If I Miss the Live Session?
Yes. Most events that lend themselves to replay are recorded and available in the Hub 24/7. Live sessions that are more spontaneous or community-driven (like the Walk Alongs) are about the shared experience, so those aren’t always captured. But the majority of skill-based, movement, and mindfulness sessions are there for you whenever you need them.
You can also access all events from your phone through the GoKollab app — see how to set that up here [link to phone access post].
Frequently Asked Questions About 365reset Hub Events
Are the events really live, or are they pre-recorded?
Most events are live on Zoom, which is what creates the community feel. Many sessions are also recorded and available as replays in the Hub 24/7, so you can access them on your own schedule even if you miss the live session.
Do I have to turn my camera on?
Never. Cameras are always optional in every 365reset Hub session. You can show up however feels right for you — dressed for the day or in your pajamas.
What if I can only attend one or two events a week — is that enough?
Absolutely. Many members start with just one session and build from there. Even a single weekly touchpoint — a 15-minute walk-along or a meditation — can be the anchor that keeps your reset moving forward.
Are the events suitable for beginners?
Yes. Sessions like chair yoga, tai-chi-inspired walking, and mindful meditation are designed to be accessible regardless of fitness level, experience, or mobility. There’s no competition and no expectation.
How is the weekly schedule decided?
The event mix is guided by research on what supports wellbeing during life transitions — movement, mindfulness, creativity, connection, and skill-building. The schedule evolves based on member feedback and the seasons.
Can I suggest a new event type?
Yes! Member input shapes what gets added to the Hub. Reach out to Jenn directly or raise it in the community discussion groups.
