What courses are included in the 365reset membership?
At launch on January 1, 2026, we had 27 courses.
Two are considered macro courses -- They offer extensive overview, guidance and I like to think of them as mini mentorships. Our members are enrolled in "Get to Know Yourself" so that they can really understand what is making them tick right now. Not a decade ago. Not a week from now. This instant. And, the content covers everything from what makes you happy, to what makes you mad, to what triggers you. By the time you finish this session, you are ready to move onto the next macro course "Recovering, Restoring and Resetting". This macro course is where our members plan what to adjust or upskill, what to relearn, what to double-down on, and what their reset path will be.
Each member has access to all the same content, but they will choose to access them in different ways. And they end up in different places -- places that are happier, calmer and more vital. But specific to them!
During the Recovering, Restoring and Resetting macro course, the other 25 micro courses become available. All micro-courses do a deep dive into their topic.
All courses use scientific research from reputable organizations and draw on the lived-experiences of people who have dealt with the topic and manage it.
The facilitators are relatable and easily understand. Our members tell us that they like how information is shared with them rather than thrown at them. Each lesson has a video and it's corresponding text, allowing for maximum accessibility. And the comprehensive workbooks that encourage members to make the teachings their own are in fillable pdf's or google docs. So, no printers are required.
