This system didn't come from a whiteboard. It came from necessity.
A decade ago, a brain injury left me able to be awake for only a few hours a day. There were no shortcuts or pushing through. I had to build a system that worked within my real limits — one that could hold me when I had almost nothing left. I learned to focus on the basics to rebuild and restore.
That system became 365reset. And it kept working. Well enough that a few years ago I sold my mortgaged Ontario townhouse, packed up, and moved to Cape Breton Island. I now live mortgage-free and walk into the ocean from my backyard. That lighthouse in the photo above? Five minutes from my front door.
I live this reset every day — and I should have been doing so from university onward. More importantly, I now understand this system helps women starting out, women starting over, and capable women trying to do it all. The difference between what I did alone and what you will find in the 365reset, is that I'm in it with you every single day, not as a distant expert, but as someone who knows exactly what it's like to invest in oneself and succeed.
