These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 365reset membership and all associated products, services, and digital tools owned and operated by Jenn Humphries (JC Humphries & Associates). By joining 365reset, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About 365reset

365reset is a private membership community offering a self-directed mentorship program, live events, and a progress tracking system designed to support capable women (and men) 40+ experiencing functional burnout or life transitions. The program is built around six health sectors: career, emotional, financial, mental, physical, and spiritual.

365reset is owned and operated by Jenn Humphries (JC Humphries & Associates), Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada. The brand names 365reset, Reset Your Life in 365 Days, and 365 Day Reset are owned by Jenn Humphries.

2. Membership & Pricing

The 365reset membership is offered as an annual membership paid in monthly installments of CA$20.58/month (totalling CA$247/year). Your 14-day free trial begins on the date you complete the opt-in form. No payment is taken during the trial period.

After your 14-day free trial, your first monthly payment will be processed automatically. Subsequent payments will be processed on the same date each month for the remainder of your 12-month membership period.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your 365reset membership at any time. There are no cancellation fees, no remaining payments due, and no questions asked.

•  If you cancel during your 14-day free trial, you will not be charged anything

•  If you cancel after your trial period begins, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which no further payments will be taken

•  To cancel, contact us at [email protected] or cancel directly through your account settings

We want you to stay because 365reset is working for you — not because you feel locked in.

4. Membership Pause

If life requires it, your membership may be paused. Contact us at [email protected] to discuss a pause. During a pause, your access to the Hub, Learning Lab, and all membership features will be temporarily suspended and your billing will be paused accordingly.

5. What's Included

Your 365reset membership includes full access to:

•  The Learning Lab — 27+ courses and growing, including macro and micro course content

•  The Hub — 10+ weekly live Zoom events, with replays available for most sessions

•  The Compass — daily check-in tools, weekly summaries, and quarterly reflections

•  Discussion channels and community features

•  Daily nudge emails and ongoing program updates

All features are included in your membership. There are no premium tiers, add-ons, or hidden fees.

6. Program Disclaimer

The information, courses, videos, and content shared in the 365reset program are provided in good faith for general wellness and personal development purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

Members acknowledge that:

•  All content is optional to use and adapt to their own lives

•  Improvements depend upon the member's own actions and engagement

•  Members should consult qualified professionals for matters requiring professional expertise

•  365reset and Jenn Humphries (JC Humphries & Associates) are not liable for outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of program content

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the 365reset membership — including courses, videos, workbooks, event recordings, written materials, and the Compass system — is the intellectual property of Jenn Humphries (JC Humphries & Associates) and is protected by copyright.

Members may use program content for their own personal development only. Members agree not to:

•  Share, reproduce, or distribute any program content with non-members

•  Record, copy, or redistribute live Hub events without written permission

•  Use any 365reset content for commercial purposes

•  Use any content to train AI systems

8. Community Standards

365reset is a private, supportive community. Members agree to:

•  Treat all members, facilitators, and guests with respect and kindness

•  Respect the privacy of other members — what is shared in the Hub stays in the Hub

•  Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or harmful behaviour of any kind

365reset reserves the right to remove any member who violates these community standards without refund.

9. SMS Terms

If you opt in to our SMS reminder service:

•  You consent to receive recurring automated text messages from 365reset at the phone number you provide

•  Message frequency: approximately 1 message per day

•  Message and data rates may apply

•  Reply STOP at any time to cancel SMS messages

•  Reply HELP for assistance

•  Opting out of SMS does not affect your membership

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved under Canadian law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be posted at 365reset.com/termsandconditions. Continued use of the membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
